1. Will there be an extra charge for a pillion passenger.
No, the only extra will be an accommodation adjustment, based on per person sharing and obviously any additional activities that you may want to do along the way.
2. Do I need to bring my own riding gear?
We strongly recommend that you bring your own riding gear, we do have a limited supply of essential items for hire, but one cannot replace the comfort/Fit that one’s own riding gear provides.
3. Is it safe to ride in South Africa?
Yes it is safe, while crimes are committed in any large city worldwide, most of your riding will take place in the countryside which is very safe, we carefully select the route and will not expose you to any crime hotspot.
4. Do we need to make our own hotel reservations?
We offer basic motorcycle hire and self-guided tours, we will also assist with accommodation and different excursions subject to your requirements. If required
One of our experienced riders would accompany the clients if so required. We will tailor the ride/tour to your specific needs and wants.
5. What about my luggage?
All our motorcycles come standard with a BMW lockable top box, for single riders a soft waterproof bag is ideal to carry all your clothing, which is secured on the rear seat. Side panniers will be available for a nominal daily charge for those that will be riding with a pillion passenger.
6. What about air travel to South Africa?
We have a good relationship with a reputable travel agency here in Durban that would be more than happy to assist you with any travel arrangements that you may require. Send us an email outlining your requirements and we will be happy to provide any information that you may need.
