BLUE SKY RIDERZ,motorcycle hire in South Africa; is a new company born out of the love and freedom that motorcycle riding represents. BSR comprises of two directors that are current airline pilots, that have a passion for riding, especially in our beautiful country.
Based in Umhlanga, Durban, KZN, a mere 15 minutes from King Shaka International Airport, BLUE SKY RIDERZ offers the new GS -1200 LC and the GS -700 motorcycles.
The KZN Province is situated on the East Coast of South Africa, and provides bikers with the most beautiful scenery; from rolling sugarcane topped hills to densely forested regions including the famous, majestic Drakensberg Mountain range.
Rides from Durban to Cape Town are encouraged. One way rides that end in Cape Town can also be arranged; this would allow riders to continue exploring South Africa from the Cape. En-route to Cape Town, the garden route and Karoo regions provide richly diversified regions to explore.
History lovers will enjoy the battlefields, situated in Northern KZN which offer fascinating insights into the battles between the Zulu, the British and the Boer soldiers.
Within four hours riding of Durban, access to the magnificent mountain regions of Clarens is me; boasting quaint, charming hotels and eateries. En-route to Clarens, one passes through charming towns such as Winterton, Rosetta and Nottingham (best cheesecake)
Accompanied or self – guided tours are available. Choose your own route. You will be able to “Hire & Ride". BSR will offer suggestions and secure your hotel bookings when required. We will tailor make a package to your specific needs and budget.

Our bikes are current models, with road side assist. BMW South Africa is on call to render assistance if necessary.
Bikes come with a standard lockable top box; Garmin-GPS Navigation system is available for an additional daily charge.
